My mistake the Whimstay team to the rescue!
When I made a mistake for the date of my reservation and reached out on a Sunday, the Whimstay team was quick to respond and update my reservation to the correct dates. I appreciated their great customer service!

Would definitely recommend
Whimstay was great to work with! We had a vacation with quite a few last minute changes to work around a family wedding, and they were very helpful, more accommodating than they needed to be, and their customer service was top notch. I will definitely work with Whimstay again.

Elizabeth, a true profesional Of her job.
Elizabeth got back to me so quickly and offered spots that would help me with my friends needs. I was amazed of how soon she responded. I was actually thinking it would take a week for a response but she got back to me that same day.

Whimstay is too Tier
Appreciate the accommodation and flexibility Whimstay has shown with the fires in Maui. I know a lot of people are not having as good of luck or kindness shown to them as much as the staff at Whimstay have. Awesome communication throughout and I highly recommend booking for the best prices and friendliest staff!

Great customer service!
We had several issues with the property that we stayed at that the property manager and homeowner failed to address. We shared the correspondence with Whimstay and they were able to address our concerns within a day. It is refreshing to experience exceptional customer service. Thank you, Whimstay!
