As mentioned below, this unfortunate situation stemmed from a technical error in our system that incorrectly listed your rental price. Upon discovering this discrepancy, we reached out as promptly as possible to offer alternative solutions. We recognize that the options provided, including the adjustment to the correct price, were not ideal and have caused significant distress. Please know that this is not a common practice or trend at Whimstay. We are committed to ensuring transparent and fair pricing for all our guests. Incidents like this are rare but highlight areas where we need to improve our systems and communication processes.
