Good communication

Accommodation is clean, compact and fully equipped as described. Choice of restaurants, parks and public transport nearby. Main bedroom is on the road side so it could be noisy from the traffic. Access could do with some vacuuming and more security as both door to the road and the one at the top of the stairs were unlocked.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience for my trip. It was a pretty good deal for the Airbnb I picked. Will choose Whimstay again for sure :)

It was close to the University hospital and food was in walking distance.

It was easy to make the reservation and the host was very nice. The only problem was the miscommunication between Whimstay and the host and I was over charged. It too a week to correct. Other then that everything was fine.

Clean well kept but WiFi didn't work well wife hooked a iPad up to it and it would kill TV couldn't use pad and TV at the same time otherwise was a great experience.

Great location, pool view patio but might not be recommended for the noise-sensitive. Cleanliness could be better-Carpet needs deep clean. Shower/bath would benefit from a stop drain. Bed was very cozy, AC worked well. No bedbugs or roaches.

So many positives about this rental. Great kitchen with everything we needed, very clean and we could see and hear the ocean.the art was the best I've seen in a rental. Like every rental we have ever had there are few things that would make it perfect. Replace the screen door. Better furniture in the living room. It just isn't comfortable.
