Hi Tammy, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this order caused you. You’re right that we made a mistake at the start, and the delay that followed was longer than it should have been. We take full responsibility for that. We’d also like to clarify, for anyone reading this review, that we replied to every one of your emails and kept you updated on what had happened and what we were doing to resolve it. We understand that updates alone weren’t what you were hoping for while you waited, and we’re sorry the process felt so frustrating. For anyone who needs help with an order, email ([email protected]) is the fastest way to reach our team. To make it right, we issued you a full 100% refund, and we sent your cover anyway, completely free of charge. We’re glad to see it was delivered on October 15, and we hope you love it. We’re a small team of real people, and while mistakes can occasionally happen, we always do our best to fix them when they do. If you feel we handled this fairly in the end, we’d really appreciate it if you’d consider updating your review to reflect the full experience. Of course, that’s entirely up to you. Thank you again for your patience, and enjoy your new cover! Warm regards, Stevan Wheel Shell

Hi James, Thank you so much for the kind words and for taking the time to leave a review! Enjoy your new cover, and we look forward to working with you again! And since 4.75 is a lot closer to 5 than 4, we’ll happily count it as a 5 in our books! :)
