I’m an international buyer, so I bought on the ebay site from wheeljackslab. I had a very disappointed communication with the seller. Bought a gi joe bridge layer with description 100% complete. When it arrived at home in Europe, I noticed 2 guns were missing. I contacted the seller and he promised me to send the two guns. The package was sent but when it went to the airport, the transport could not go on because “ extra item in parcel”. It was send back to the seller. We had a chat about it with outcome that he had no clue why it was hold. I bought 5-6 times in the past from him without no problem. His solution was that I have to send back the bridge layer for a refund… Not logic at all. We talked about it but he suddenly gives no answer any more. I did a proposal to buy the guns online as a new deal, I buy them for 1 dollar, payed taxes and transport and get a refund of that…he send the guns and everything is good…. but no answer. The problem is that he tried to sent the guns as package 2 out of 2 of a previous buy, but what was declared at the transport because there was no transport and taxes payed for that, and he tried to avoid the extra cost. Because previous buys I trusted him, because he was always a good seller. I looked again at the photos and suddenly I noticed there were no guns on the bridge layer…. So what did he tried to sent...? I didn’t want a refund, just 2 guns but these were no where on the pictures… I confronted him with it but no answer. I wrote a negative feedback on ebay of my experience. Few hours later, the negative feedback is gone and I got a refund of 17 dollars… witch I didn’t asked. I just wanted a fair answer not the silence of chris. He got caught in his lies. So be careful of al the good reviews because the negatives goes away. I expected honesty from a seller, even when it goes wrong.

From estimate of collection to shipping, the experience was flawless. Greatly appreciated the instructions and print out shipping label as it helped me in the process.
