Great buyer of toy collection
Great experience selling my vintage transformer toy collection. Communication was fast and was very clear on how to pack and ship. Payment was fast and paid for shipping. Highly recommended as buyer

Huge Action Figure lot
A personal trip to deliver a very large lot of action figures from around the 1990s. Delivery went smooth and no issues, a very friendly transaction. I feel the quality transaction will lead to future business.

I bought a transformer toy from them…
I bought a transformer toy from them for almost $600 and it arrived broken. They are refusing to give me a refund
Response from Wheeljackslab.comJun 18, 2023
The buyer requested a return as they ordered the wrong item. I agreed to a return. Then they closed the return as they changed their mind. They then broke the item, then wanted to return it again. Unfortunately, once a buyer breaks a vintage collectible, they have purchased it. I still allowed a return but would not refund the portion they broke. They didn't accept that, but if you break a 38-year-old item, not factory new, you will have some liability. The item was shown unbroken and was delivered unbroken.

Wheeljackslab is prompt
Wheeljackslab is prompt, courteous and fair. For reference, we sold our childhood toys (GI Joe, WWF Figures, Big Foot 4x4, Toy Gun, etc.). The process to mail our products from MA to IA was efficient and the owner was true to his word. I walked away feeling like both parties had a successful outcome. I absolutely recommend checking out Wheeljackslab. Based upon my experiences, Chris has the most efficiently run, fair operation out there!

I'll be back!
Great experience selling Hot Wheels and Captain Action toys. Living in GA, this was the best way for me to quickly receive top dollar for my collection. Chris is great!
