This company is horrible for customer service. Every call takes 30 minutes on hold. Then, you find out that they have not activated your vision/dental accounts when they received payments for COBRA 2 months ago!!! They are not doing their job by notifying the insurance companies for COBRA enrollees. HORRIBLE!!!!!

What went wrong this company is absolutely garbage customer service wont help you they approve you then at the time I really need them suspended my account for review stay away from this company how they are even allowed to stay in bussiness Is beyond me.

this company is a scam they tell you there is no fees and then two months later they charge 52.00 for setup fee 2.00 a month for credit card fee and 10.00 to mail paperwork. account is closed and i am not paying for their scam

WEX: A useless middleman in the patient insurance relationship. No communication, vague payment instructions, and non-existent customer service. I hope to someday see that they've gone bankrupt... they deserve it.

This company's lack of responsibility led to someone stealing $2000 from an account I had not even set up yet. When I filed a dispute, their response was shocking-they claimed it was a phishing scheme and refused to refund. This points to an internal issue. I strongly advise against using WEX FUEL CARD.

I cancelled my 2 fleet gas cards when I realized the fleet discount did not compare to the other fleet cards I have. My cards were reactivated somehow I was charged an $8.00 fee for 2 cards then, since I assumed I would not be charged I missed the $8.00 payment and was charged a $75.00 late fee. This is highway robbery their late fees are excessive to say the least. Do not give them your business you will regret it.

These scum are actually soul sucking demons I never use the card never touched it didn't do anything with the account and I'm charged $240 for upkeep b******* it is absolutely ridiculous and when I called and asked if anything could be done about it they told me it's all hidden in terms and services and you can't do anything about it you're liable do not use them
