Predatory company will have you sign a…
Predatory company will have you sign a NO LIMIT contract meaning you can NEVER get out of it… you will be stuck with crappy customer service forever… WEX will only give you a letter of release for $500 !!!

Crap company
Company didn't answer my request for a temporary password for 5 days causing me to miss the date to file a claim for my unused funds for my commuter benefits.

I am a little concerned this review isn't about the correct company as we do not have any systems that would not allow for a password to be sent, we do not offer services to file a claim nor computer services. We are an invoice factoring company that specializes in over the road trucking. We offer services to help keep trucking companies on the road while increasing cash flow and handling billing and collections. Really bad experience I just started…
Really bad experience I just started with this company I have lot of problems when I call for help there is agent hope really rode she’s thinking she Mr trump she told me you can go somewhere us I said ok when I trying to go back with my old factoring she’s not releasing my LOR and they file Ucc against my company they can’t do it because my 1st company didn’t porwide any Lor to them not yet know I have to so on them please don’t use this company very bad my big mistake to talk with hope lair crazy people
