Hi, I finished with project A and I have created the link (link A) to send to my friends. Now I am working with Project B with a new sets of videos, narrations and images. I deleted all the videos, narrations and images of project A and import new sets of videos, narration and images for Project B. However, my friends cannot view my Project A video when i sent them link A. Why is this so? Can I have different sets of videos, narrations and images for different projects (stories)?

it is very difficult to continue to a saved project again. i want to save my projects but all mixing to eachother. Your file management is very bad. actually i am not glad enough from your service. Also, why do you get money annual? Maybe i need to use you service only 1 or 2 months. it looks like a trap for user. At the renewal time, i dont want to continue with you.

As a complete novice to video editing this experience was a little daunting. I thought I would assemble a short 5 minute video using some of the stock video clips and see if I could produce something good. After searching and editing and re-editing and finding just the right music and then changing the music and finally after 5 hours of finally settling on a video I enjoyed and felt might be worthy of public consumption, I clicked the finish button and was only then informed that I would need to upgrade my membership to save or export the video. WRONG WRONG WRONG! Please move this notification to perhaps the first, second and third time a new user adds a premium photo, video or music to a video so they realize they will be expected to upgrade before publishing. Otherwise, I am enjoying the editor very much and think I will continue to use it. But I gotta say WOW that initial hit almost made me s%^t my pants in anger... I'll let you know if I have any other suggestions to improve your customers experience as I discover more of the functionality of the WeVideo tool. I bet you can't wait to read what suggestions I come up with next. Well... stay tuned :-)

I think being able to edit only 30 minutes per month based on my annual plan is too little. 60 minutes per month should be the minimum. I also have trouble adding transitions and can’t find help to make it easier.

It's good but should have more transitions

I like that I can edit videos online and not need to download a ton of software to get things moving, it's pretty simple to use. One thing that has bothered me is if I add more layers I can't move them around so they overlay the way I want them to. For example, sometimes I'll choose a background and because background was the last thing I added it goes on top of my video and there is no way to move it down. The audio library is severely lacking as well, even in the paid version. There is maybe 10 songs to choose from.

Please the frame rate cap to 60 instead of 25 frames per second. As, this would help with a lot of my work and I'm sure others too. Other than that, great and easy software to use for everyone. I have no other problems besides the frame rate issue.
