If your problem persists, please follow these steps: Update the app. Clear the apps' cache. Clear some storage in your device if necessary. If you are using a song or theme, try removing it from the edit then rendering it again. Hi Aaron, Thank you for the feedback. For the very reason you mentioned, if you plan to use our services for more than a few months, I recommend going with the annual subscription over the monthly. The annual subscription is half of what you would be paying for an entire year on the monthly version of the same plan. For example, the power plan is $9.99 paid monthly or $59.88 paid annually, equal to $4.99 a month. I hope this helps.
