Please take a look at our plans page https://www.wevideo.com/plans and notice the different pricing when you click on the Monthly option. The monthly rate for the Power plan is $9.99 per month, not $4.99 per month. I have provided a partial refund to match that pricing and adjusted your account's plan now from annual to monthly. Please see the fallow up email we sent you for your receipt.

Hi Cozy, The maximum length for any video exported is 2 hours, and the 2-hour limit is the same for all plans. WeVideo is cloud-based, and this limit has been put into place due to the capabilities and limitations of cloud processing. I hope this helps!
