In the end the video works great
In the end the video works great as most customers seem to find out. Your information, instructions, on how to carefully succeed with the software is pitiful!, really!, can't you tell from comments. Are all of you that nerdy?? Can't you hire a smart writer to make it user friendly? Putting a simple song onto a row of pictures with the simple program with a start and end where you want is like walking in total darkness with holes in the floor! (2) I would love you at the right price. In desperation I bought wevideo for 69 dollars and it didn't work on my Chromebook. ProDirector didn't either which I tried first. Hover Director costs 50 dollars, a reasonable price. You also charged me 30 for a second production. 100 total. I would love a refund of that money. I think that is the difference in you getting 5 stars, these issues, and, my 3 stars. I believe you can be a 5 star company, based on how well the software works when you learn it

I was not able to upload mp3 audio…
I was not able to upload mp3 audio files to my video editor in WeVideo. Failed to upload for some reason. But the selection of audio is very good.

Hi William I would recommend navigating to chrome://settings/clearBrowserData, selecting "Cached images and files", then clicking "Clear data" to clear the cache on your browser. I didn't find the site that easy to…
I didn't find the site that easy to use. I had to keep looking up YouTube tutorials to figure out if I could upload my own music to go with my video. Turned out I couldn't which was disappointing, but WeVideo was good about refunding part of the fee.

Hi Karen, You can upload your own music as long as it is in a supported file type. Our software is compatible with AIF, MP3, M4A, OGG, WAV, and WMA audio files. Accessing account.
I attached the account to my Google Account and Wevideo is consistently giving me trouble when I log in with Google. It loops me back to the log in page. I can't seem to log in with my google email either.

YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR DOWNLOADS OF THE FILES YOU CREATE. IT IS NOT AS EASY AS IT SOUNDS AT ALL. I FINDING ANOTHER SOURCE TO ASSIST WITH MY NEEDS WITH AN ARTIST. NOT SURE I WILL EVER USE IT AGAIN.

I have used this in my teacher account…
I have used this in my teacher account for much less money but I have less access to royalty free videos than I did as a teacher account. Why is that if I'm paying more? I also didn't know I'd be required to buy the year. Once realizing this, it was too late and I'm now tied in for a year when a month was the need. I feel definitely more hesitant to ever buy the program again, especially since there are others on the Internet that do much the same.

Please check your email for a copy of your receipt. We strive to make sure that educators have access to our advanced features, including the stock media library, through our educational plans at an affordable rate. However, this library is only included with the Professional plan and above on personal non-educational subscriptions. I hope this helps.
