Slechte klantenservice. Ben jaren klant geweest, toen was mijn credit card een keer verlopen waar de herinneringen van in mijn spambox terechtkwamen. Mijn account werd afgesloten en ik kon alleen opnieuw aanmelden voor VIERMAAL het bedrag van mijn eerdere prescription. Duurde vervolgens weken voordat ik contact kreeg met de klantenservice waar ze mij iedere keer vriendelijk verwezen naar opnieuw aanmelden voor viermaal zoveel. Schandalig; zo ga je niet met klanten om.

No green screen. Used to be able to run two videos I'm not renewing.

Basic features. Abismal customer service. Had to fight with them to get refund on a service that I already canceled and never used. Customer service reps are rude and unclear.

Worst video website I have a ever used. So laggy, barely functions and randomly crashes. I flipping hate it so much. It makes me so mad and I had to stay up so late to work on my school project as it took 30 seconds to load each change. The clips always go to a place where you don't want them to go and snap to other clips randomly. Not only that, the transitions page barely functions. It's impossible to control where the transition is going to go and even harder to remove them. The track editor is also complete, utter garbage. If you try to add a smaller, below average length clip, it's impossible to manipulate it to do anything you want and sometimes they just disappear.
