Hi Cherokee, I would recommend navigating to chrome://settings/clearBrowserData, selecting "Cached images and files", then clicking "Clear data" to clear the cache on your browser. Hello Ishara, Thank you for the input. Every video has 2 hours max length, and this is the same length for all WeVideo plans. This limit was chosen to improve export time and quality. Any video longer than that will render very slowly and possibly have flaws. If you wish to create longer projects, you will have to split the edits into several 2-hour long exports. Publishing time refers to the total amount of time you have exported for all videos created and is often per month.
