Dear valued customer, We want to thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We always strive to make all our customers happy and we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the shipping rate for your recent purchase. Please know that the shipping rate is something that we really don't have control over as all the rates are coming from the shipping carrier. We understand that you have paid $15 for shipping but we actually paid more than what you have paid, and we would be more than happy to send you the shipping carrier company receipt. Please email us at [email protected], and we will promptly send that to you. We sincerely hope that you can understand our position and that you will consider revising your review. We really work so hard to make everyone happy, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve WetVapes.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, please email us, and we will be more than happy to offer a discount towards your next order. Once again, we appreciate your time and have a wonderful day. Best regards, WetVapes.com Success Team
