Instead of an email to let me know I couldn’t order flavored ejuice ands possible replacement option they delivered the rest of my order to store for pickup and then I had to contact someone for a refund.

5 stars for communication and value I saved shopping here. 4 stars for the minor inconvience. They did not have an item I wanted after placing my order. They contacted me via email and I was able to speak to a person via phone. Placed an order again for a replacement item they did have and ended up getting both. Shipping is BEYOND fair. Prices are amongst the best ive seen. I will be shopping here again.
