Easy to buy, good comms, delivered when promised, located where I wanted it, container was in better than expected condition. What else can you ask for? Would definitely recommend this company if you need a container.

we bought two container's one was what we expect the other one had the floor patched in several spots. Also has soft spots in the floor.

Container delivered to grassy lot. They had to reschedule several times due to rain. Will was helpful, checking the weather forecast for our area. When we finally got a dry day, delivery guy worked us in and delivered at 9:30 at night as heavy rain was forecasted next day. He also helped place railroad ties to put container on. That was above and beyond. Container is exactly as described: Weather tight, Doors open and latch properly. (As promised, it’s kind of ugly, but totally functional) Definite 5 star service from Western Container!!

This was a fairly smooth experience. The problem I have is that they say it takes 2-3 days to get a release and then 15 days to pickup but when I purchased mine I got a release email instantly and then that email said I only had 10 days to get my containers. I ordered earlier than I needed them thinking I would have to wait to get them but then I had to completely change my plans because the timing I was expecting was not right. The folks at West Gulf were great and pickup was smooth.

Delivered promptly and the containers were exactly as described.

Pita… plain and simple. Container is extremely rough looking inside and out. Is it wind and water tight? Time will tell but the whole process was harder than buying a house. If you have to deal with fraud, good luck. He doesn't return phone calls and you play email tag with him. I think it is very unprofessional. They did end up working with me after they read this review. They ended up refunding me some money for the container.
