It started off great and as the time went on I got told that I cought a global promotion package and when I repeatedly said how I can't afford it got pushed on me to ask for loans and charity to do it. I asked about copyright they said it would be 487 dollars fee for a lifetime copyright and I did my research then I got told I would get developmental editing and I got my final edited version there was NOTHING done to it and I have repeatedly asked about track change files but nothing. They attempted to fix it but after all the headache I just want my refund for the services I didn't receive because my book has no editing no formatting not proofreading. It is literally exactly what I sent for my manuscript. I just want to walk away and never look back on this horrible experience. Yes I agreed to pay half and then asked about copyright and was told it costs 487 dollars for a (LIFETIME")copyright and then I agreed to that because the wording was made of a good sales pitch and I thought it sounded fair because I didn't know any difference then when I looked into it there isn't such thing as a lifetime application because a copyright is lifetime anyway and I can file myself for 65 to 80 dollars and thats a ridiculous upcharge to someone who is ignorant to the business. Then when I got my final allegedly developmental edited version there wasn't anything done to it. No formatting,no editing,and sure wasn't any developmental editing done and when I got another copy today form the new project manager to show the alleged track change files my story was cut up double spaced no chapter labels and the same wording repeated. The final version was worst than the original and it's just been nothing but a headache working with Westbrook publishing. I can provide the proof of my "claims" and they are not defamation. If the truth is defamation then they need to do better business.

It is deeply disappointing that despite our high level of service and accommodation, we have received emails from you today containing explicit threats and abusive language. We hold comprehensive documentation, including your prior approval emails, call recordings expressing satisfaction, and today's hostile emails. We have already initiated a formal verification and safety request through Trust pilot to address these false claims and abusive behavior.
