West Brook PublishingReviews of westbrookpublishing.com

I Have worked with West Brook Publishing For a Couple of my Books and they have always been helpful and professional, I am also having my books promoted by them and all i want to say is Thank you West Brook Publishing for making my books come to reality and in front of the world, Huge shoutout to this company and for any new authors looking to work with one of the best Self Publishing Houses do contact these guys. Cheers! ❤️

It started off great and as the time went on I got told that I cought a global promotion package and when I repeatedly said how I can't afford it got pushed on me to ask for loans and charity to do it. I asked about copyright they said it would be 487 dollars fee for a lifetime copyright and I did my research then I got told I would get developmental editing and I got my final edited version there was NOTHING done to it and I have repeatedly asked about track change files but nothing. They attempted to fix it but after all the headache I just want my refund for the services I didn't receive because my book has no editing no formatting not proofreading. It is literally exactly what I sent for my manuscript. I just want to walk away and never look back on this horrible experience. Yes I agreed to pay half and then asked about copyright and was told it costs 487 dollars for a (LIFETIME")copyright and then I agreed to that because the wording was made of a good sales pitch and I thought it sounded fair because I didn't know any difference then when I looked into it there isn't such thing as a lifetime application because a copyright is lifetime anyway and I can file myself for 65 to 80 dollars and thats a ridiculous upcharge to someone who is ignorant to the business. Then when I got my final allegedly developmental edited version there wasn't anything done to it. No formatting,no editing, and sure wasn't any developmental editing done and when I got another copy today form the new project manager to show the alleged track change files my story was cut up double spaced no chapter labels and the same wording repeated. The final version was worst than the original and it's just been nothing but a headache working with Westbrook publishing. I can provide the proof of my "claims" and they are not defamation. If the truth is defamation then they need to do better business.

They really worked and helped me understand everything along the way .. I enjoyed working with them on my book

Yes my name is Jay banning Westbrook publishing has done a great job on keeping me posted and being honest I had no trouble what so ever with Westbrook publishing.ive had other options on other publishing company's and I went with Westbrook they are wonderful people I would highly recommend this company .

Paul assisted me through the process of publishing my book. He was very patient with me and encouraged me to move forward with publishing my book.

The company representative that helped me with this process was Paul. I emailed one of my chapters and asked if there was enough to make a book. He quickly evaluated what I sent him and said that yes, it could be made into a book. He studied my script and became convinced that this book had to be published. He really sought to understand my heart when writing this book. We had many conversations considering vision and what I was trying to accomplish. He went to work. A book cover within a few days. An edited manuscript not long after. He guided me through the process. He would take each step one at a time. He would address my anxieties with "no worries". I was always able to make any changes. As promised, my book is now on the two major platforms. From my original script to publication Paul, and West Brook Publishing, did their job. (G. D. Knutson, Jr., author, Mistaken For Job)

This company brought my dreams to a Reality. The team worked with me. They saw my vision.and I truly want to continue working with them. The moved faster than I ever expected. I'm truly grateful for the whole team. Thank you all so much for your help and support in this book. Sincerely your Author Rita S Oliver 😘😘😘

The representative team communicated well and responded quickly when I had questions. Paul was good about returning calls and making sure I received a solution to my question.
