Very poor communication. Of course the sales guy is all excited initially then disappears during the rest of the process. I will make sure to let all of my clients in real estate as well as friends to stay as far away from this company as possible. Your commercials regarding no closing costs as well is false advertising.

Promised 4.375 rate then it went to 4.75

Advertised as no cost- after we paid $470.00 for appraisal we were told our no costs would be over $5000.00!

At the beginning of the process Lenox was very friendly. After I was committed, things changed. Emails were not returned. My appraisal was ordered twice and Lenox incorrectly told the appraiser to appraise both adjoining properties instead of just the one with the house on it (no mortgage on the adjoining property, I own it clear). Upon closing Lenox failed to send all documents to the 0Notary, one was missing. Lenox started sending me emails demanding me to sign the missing form and pay the Notary myself when I got it done. I went on TDY right after closing and that made it difficult for me to get the form signed, not to mention they wanted me to pay for the Notary. I received an email from a member of Lenox that included an internal string of emails regarding the missing document. In the string of emails one person blamed me for not and signing the document and avoiding the issue. I responded with a scathing email outlining everything up to that point. Two days later, Lenox had a Notary come to me and they paid for it. Another couple of things, Lenox told me they were not going to sell my mortgage but keep it. Well, before my first payment I received a letter stating they had sold it to Wells Fargo but the section of the letter with when and where to send future payments was inadvertently left blank (I got the letter less than 1 week before the payment was due) I had to research on my own and call WF to find out how to make the payment. When I inquired at Lenox about the missing information they knew they had left off the new payment info and couldn't give me any other details except it had been sold to WF.
