WesLend FinancialReviews of weslend.com

We have tried to work with Lennox Financial but all we ever get is that they will help us but they never do! We have spent thousands of dollars trying to use Lennox Financial but we never get what they said over the phone! We have heard so much BS like they fired Markus Webb and we have other people that will help but they always fall flat on their face and then at that the last moment tell us this all they can do! We are so tired of all of the lies! Nobody will ever give us what Lennox promised but we are out thousands of dollars because of Lennox personnel not doing their jobs! We spent over 12 days waiting in Florida all the while Lennox so called fired the banker who lied to us and then we waited to finally go thru hell to get the loan then Lennox Financial Greg says nobody held a gun to our head to sign the loan! We would have missed a home of our dreams and we thought Lennox would somehow see that they lied and would help us! Well that was a complete joke! oh well nobody cares about the hell we went thru with Lennox Financial!

After several months of working on a loan, Lennox fired my loan rep and took 3 weeks to replace him without telling me. I had to start from scratch and pay a higher interest rate. The new rep did not review my file and made me redo all the work.

Based upon what happened immediately after closing, my mortgage was "priced to sell" instead of pricing to get my family the best rate and value available I would not borrow from Weslend/Lenox in the future nor recommend others to do so. I would find another lender that would openly work with me and create value and savings for the duration of my loan.

if you want a company that won’t give you the best interest rate go with that company if you want to go with a company that can’t get you the best cash out go with that company if you want to feel like you were working for them go with that company. not a very good experience I would recommend not going with that company

I could write a book on how bad this experience was. Completely incompetent, Closed 12 days late and everyday they would tell us we should close that very day! And then we would wait and by the afternoon, when it became obvious we would not close, no one would return phone calls or emails. Even when we did sign documents, it was another 5 days until we got keys.

Used this company several years back for a very smooth refi while Shibley was still the guy at the top. This year a refi and purchase package was completely bungled by one fool after another. You won't spend a dime? Oh yes we did. We were left with about 4K in payments for hotels, meals, gas and extras while we waited for these nitwits to figure out how to do the transaction as I explained it to them. We ended up with a higher interest rate and not a thing to show for it. They almost blew the deal for us which would have left us on the wrong end of a civil action, did not follow through on a mortgage payoff--which we discovered by accident thankfully--and then had the payment invoices sent to the wrong address without time to get the payments made in a timely manner. And I had to listen to them whine about their hurt feelings when my buyer's broker let them have it. Too bad. They are not the company Shibley created, something went wrong and now they stink. Never again. Would have been better off with a local bank.

Rates were not at all competitive, especially since I have a credit rating over 800. The broker was not truthful about the rates. He claimed they never go down. Yet I've spoken to several other lenders and they all had at least 2% cheaper or greater. Plus he would not return my calls. Very, very poor service. I would not recommend them

I began to wish I went with a local lender for my refinance after the process started to drag out. I initially posted a review complaining of the delays then received text messages from my loan person complaining about my review. Then after an appraiser took two weeks and sent the value of my home backwards I canceled my loan attempt with these folks..was a big waste of time for me.
