First the negative: there seems to be a disconnect between Lenox and their financial agency. Lenox would present decent proposals but the their financial documents would not match, always worse than the proposal. This got corrected in the final outcome. On the positive side, they worked well with you and were always courteous. They really did try hard to make a decent deal, and ultimately they did. They were quite responsive with email and other correspondences. No pressure to act on anything. I would recommend them to others.

Appreciate the work done by Jeffrey Starling who provided a clear explanation and disclosures for the refinance of our home loan.

a few promises that were not kept and lack of effective response time, other than that they seem to be ok .... perhaps they over promised and under delivered, and they should have underpromised and over deliver....

I liked that you were straight forward and answered all my questions. Didn't like some of the answers but that's not on you. It was, however, quick and seamless and fast! very happy about that. I also liked the closing in my home part, very convenient. Overall a good experience.

Michael Tipton and Kathy Bui helped us get through the refinance in a resonable timeframe amidst the Harvey aftermath. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

My loan officer was very helpful and kept me updated. My loan papers from the administrative staff was a bit of a cluster.. but all in all i would recommend lenox.

The process was slow going at the beginning the loan officer who started the process quit before the process was completed. I was not informed until I sent an email and an automatic reply was sent back. Once Justin tooka over everything went smooth. They were very efficient and I would use them again if need be.

the process was easy and fairly fast. the communication was not clear at times however the process was completed easy enough.
