I just wanted to know the lowest payment per month for any type of loan to see if it could beat my current monthly payment. I didn't care if it was a 5 year arm, 10 year, 30 year or 100 year loan. He kept asking me other questions to screen me, but I just wanted to know the lowest monthly payment that they offer....or maybe the lowest payments for two different kinds of loans that they offer....assuming that I have perfect credit, etc. (which I do).

Don't choose this company! I would have gone somewhere else but the process took so long that I didn't want to start all over again. That's probably why they make it take so long. They are the WORST at communication. Nothing was explained to me until I asked ten times and even then often no returned phone calls. They changed the numbers multiple times. What an awful company. Oh yeah, and the no closing costs ad is a bunch of crap.

I was told we were ready to close and then they came back and changed their mind. They told me to increase my score even though I was pre-approved. Do not ever use them! Manager never called me back to explain things! Sean was my sales rep and he did nothing about it.

It started with not being able to hear Ashley the rep and not understanding half of what she said. Then when I tryed to call her back as asked none of my messages got a response until I called the main number again. Low and behold she was the one to answer like she was actually the only one who worked there. I was told ( I was about to call you). Well after talking a minute and her telling me why they couldn’t help me right now I wanted to understand the reason and asked and she thought I was calling her a lyer and got real defensive and pretty much hung up on me. I still don’t understand or really trust them at this point.

I couldn't get that "free quote" from Ray. He mumbled something about my house not being good enough. In other words, they couldn't see any way to screw me. Answered a radio ad which is FALSE and MISLEADING. After reading reviews, I wouldn't let this company quote my dog house out back.

I was issued checks after closing and one of the checks is unsigned. I have been trying for several days to get it resolved with no results. Very dissatisfied with this company. The lack of resolution of this issue is costing me money. The company should have taken the time to get the information of the creditors and issued the checks to them. The process of doing a refi and taking money out of our home started the third week of April, and here we are still waiting for communication from an agent from Lenox Home Loans. Communication was good early, lots of documents sent over, but then really slowed first of May. I would have to send an email to the agent for updates, then he would respond that all is good and it's in underwriting, but no communication for two or three weeks now - at all! I'll move forward with another company since they obviously have enough business.

Stay Away! This company has an employee Mike McCone who lies and completely bungled my refinance... would not return phone calls or emails... pulled my credit report twice and lied about it. Then his supervisor called and said he would be written up, like I care... but I could use my appraisal somewhere else, which of course is not true. Liars and incompetent people!!!
