First off, this review is LONG overdue. We just closed our second loan with Michael Rael at WesLend. Mike has been amazing to work with- incredibly professional, always available to take our calls answer emails- even after hours. Mike helped us with our first home purchase 6 months ago and then just helped us with a no-cost rate reduction!! Our first loan was ready to fund well before the seller's chosen escrow company was ready to close. Our recent refinance was even easier thanks to Mike and his team. For both transactions, Mike worked tirelessly to ensure our financing was fast, easy and completely pain-free. Thank you Mike!!!

This is the 2nd ref-fi loan i've done with Lenox through Ryan Beacham. Just like the 1st time...the process was great and Ryan made it a great experience. I had a tight window of time to get the loan pushed through and Ryan kept me up to speed throughout the process and was able to get it done very quick with time to spare. I would/will recommend Lenox and Ryan Beacham to family and friends. I will also use him again the next time I need to do a re-fi.

This is the 2nd time I have used Lenox for financing my last two homes. Excellent organization to deal with. I was particularly impressed with the service and support I received from Ryan Beacham, Sr. Mortgage Banker. He was very knowledgeable, informative and responsive so as to make the process so much easier. I was able to complete the process entirely via email and it was completed within the timeframes specified in my purchase contract for the purchase of our new home. I would not hesitate to recommend Lenox. I'm sure all Lenox representatives are very good, but I highly recommend Ryan. He was also supported by Lana Kim who was also very professional and responsive. The two of them made an excellent team and represented Lenox Financial very well.

I bought my second home in Huntington Beach having spent most of my life in Pasadena, CA. I remember my first buying experience being super overwhelming. The loan processor we worked with (from 15+ years ago) barely spoke to us and it was aggravating to say the least. Working with Ryan Blu Beacham and the loan processor, Lana, was beyond my expectations. He has amazing customer service and was very responsive with all the questions that I had. Like the other Yelper said, you don't have to wait days for a response. He is responsive and I'd definitely work with him again on my next home!
