Mike Rael was great!
Mike Rael went above and beyond to help us refinance our home. I was very busy with work and Life in general at the time we started this process. Mike was super patient and understanding when my turn-around times were slow with documents. He answered every question we had. At one time , we were not going to go through with the refinance but Mike called and explained a few things we were unaware of and we closed the loan! Thank you Mike for all your help. And Phalley was equally patient and helpful. Thank you!

This is our 2nd time using WesLand…

Super fast refinance
Super fast refinance. Everything but the in-person signing handled easily and quickly online. Ryan and Lana were responsive and interested in getting things done. Definitely my first call the next time I refinance or buy again

Great Job
Great Job. I made one 20min phone call and in about 10 days CJ had my house refinanced, PMI removed, and saved me $440/mo on my monthly payments....lost 3 years of equity...but that is a drop in the bucket compared to the $$ saved. Thank you for an easy, no pressure, accommodating experience!!! Phally and CJ did an awesome job. You wouldn't believe the BS that my "Big" bank wanted to put me through to do a refinance.

Mike Rael and Lana Kim were absolutely terrific to work with. Mike was proactive and extremely responsive throughout the loan application process. I would strongly recommend Lenox to anyone looking to either obtain financing for a home purchase or to refinance an existing loan, and would suggest they request Mike and Lana to help navigate their way through the process.
