As purported from beginning to end. I felt like they bent over backwards to help me, offered the support I needed, and answered all my questions in a timely fashion: they really went above and beyond to help me ensure that my refinance served to eliminate our monthly mortgage insurance, which was costing us a ton each month. We got a much lower rate, eliminated PMI and did so with no costs or roll-ins. Are you kidding me? We closed our refinance in 5 or 6 weeks, and it would have been sooner if I had pesonally been more on the ball. I didn't ever wait for them. I've read a few bad reviews and was watching out for some negative things, but such was not the case. I kept waiting to hear the catch to the no cost refinance, and was skeptical from the beginning, but as I've stated, it was as purported from the beginning to the end. I would recommend to anybody. Seriously, we are very happy with this process and anticipate continuing excellent customer service for the term of our mortgage.
