Very happy with Brad and Veronica! Lenox promised everything and came thru on those promises. It took a little time getting funded but my overall experience was amazing. This is the 2nd time I used Lenox and Brad Cejka who is very articulate when dealing with me a i know I'm not a easy person to deal with. I recommend him to anyone that is looking for a mortgage or refinancing their current mortgage. Thanks Brad for everything. I'm sure I'll be using you in the future. John Cocco

My loan representative was very patient with me second guessing my refinancing decision and explaining all the terms that made this the right call.

Our initial call was good/informative, options discussed and once decided, forms completed online and submitted; then they sat for 2 months with no follow-up. I was too concerned as the loan originator had indicated turn times of 80-90 days. I did leave several messages with no response and finally called the corporate office. I spoke to someone at corporate who followed-up and explained the originator was now in a different role and his case load was still in flux. Our loan was re-assigned to originator Brad C. who did a very nice job getting the process back on track. He worked with Veronica the processor and everything went smoothly from that point forward. We were even accommodated after the documents were printed as someone we'd approved it without escrows which we didn't intend. Closing was rescheduled for a few days later to allow them to re-run the scenario with escrows and reprint the documents.

My rep, rate, and the process was very well done. My only complaint was how long it took.

I would like to give a 5 star but I can't do it. I was offered a .75 discount because I was repeat customer. This dragged on for weeks because the manager who granted the discount, backed out. Very unethical business practice. The monthly payment was quoted about 55.00 lower. At the end of the day I have an awesome tireless Processor who worked with me just about everyday whether it was for my Homeowners Insurance or my impounded property tax. Veronica Hall was such a delightful person to work with. If ever I have to do another refi, I'd request to have Veronica handle my file.

I have done multiple refi’s in the past 17 years and I have to say Mike Rael started the process and past another lender I work with beginning in March. Mike had from 3-30-2020 to 4-30-2020 when it funded. This was the smoothest refi until the end when it came to some lenders credit I cancel signing then he gave some credit.Gigi Kyritsis processor was great.thank you Mike and Gigi. Max-Gardena

Our experience was good. We felt that the company’s add was misleading as to the costs associated with the loan.

Overall, very easy process for remote online refinance process. Mortage banker was very patient and always available via txt, call or email. Answered all my questions. Online e-sig was easy. In home closer, to sign docs was friendy, efficient. Would look to use them again for re-fi in the future.
