Misleading. I commented on their FB page, they sent me a message asking if they can build me a program for free. Then I read all these comments about how they ended up charging people's credit cards after the free trial without due notice. I'm not going to even try this company then. That's misleading and unethical practice.

I am trying to get my money back now. Probably with no luck. I joined the two week free trial. Been that busy forgot to cancel and now have been charged $99. I am fuming. 😡

I agreed to a 1 week free exercise class. Unfortunately, they wanted to charge a small fee for setting up the site, and unsuspecting, I gave them my credit card number. Then my signup became, without any communication with me, a signup for monthly classes for a fee of over $39.00 a month. Supposedly, the addition of that class was somewhere on the free week signup, I never saw it. Weird during the free week I received numerous invitations to signup for their monthly classes. I never knowingly signed up or participated in any of these classes. I did not notice those fraudulent charges until I had been charged without any notice over $200.00. I didnt expect a charge so I failed to notice the repeat charge of $39.00 on my card right away. That was my error, and according to my card company I have to pay. Totally a fraudulent company and a scam. I’ve learned to be much more careful.

Absolutely a scam. Do not use this company. They have ignored all my attempts to cancel the subscription. I am going to have to change my credit card number. Wish I had read the reviews before I started with them.

It's a scam, very difficult to cancel. When I signed up they said you could send an email to cancel. I did that, but they replied that I had to cancel at the website. I went to the website and tried to log on but it immediately took me to the app. Within the app there is a place to manage your subscription, however it doesn't allow you to cancel your subscription. I was trying to cancel my subscription within the time period, but it was not possible. Tomorrow when they charge me I will refuse the payment on my credit card. I will probably have to watch my credit card for the next couple of years to make sure they don't try to charge me!! Maybe I will just cancel my credit card and get a new one, which will be fun because then I'll have to transfer all of my other reoccurring payments to the new card as well. Don't sign up for anything with this company!!

They say you get 14 days free, but immediately charged my card the full amount. I canceled on my 6th day, but their email said, " We're sorry to see you go, but we thank you for giving us a try. Your subscription to WeShape- Quarterly will remain active until Aug 2, 2024." In other words NO refund. So I asked my CC to reverse the charge, which worked. They have decent videos on YouTube which are FREE. The intro video makes them sound as tho they are good at the training, but their Customer Service is non-existent. Now, reading the other reviews, I suggest you don't even start with them.

Refusal not to sell my email address on when requested. Be aware. This does not lead to confidence about the company in the light of previous reviews. I am now concerned that I will be receiving a lot of spam emails from other companies. I will not be renewing after my free trial based on this.

I can’t get anyone to contact me as I want to discontinue my account. Every month I’m charged $39:95 and I have had four emergency surgeries in the last 10 months and can’t do the exercises. I have called and called and no one calls me back. I am so frustrated and am contemplating contacting the better business bureau along with yelp. Barbara Andersen
