WeShapeReviews of weshape.com

WeShape is totally unique in the fitness industry. It's the whole package for mind, body and soul. The movement routines are individualized. There is community support, individual support through the phone calls and an awesome program just perfect for me. I found a home and WeShape and I couldn't be more grateful. The cost is not prohibitive either. I've paid a lot more for a lot less. Keep going WeShape!

The support available. There are podcasts, meetings you can join, movement and flexibility in your activities (you can change the order around).

WeShape has helped me feel so much better physically and mentally. I approach caring for my body differently now. I am thankful for WeShape!

WeShape is exactly what I've been looking for! I have a condition that affects all my joints, and all other exercise programs I've tried have aggravated my pain. WeShape really does take you gradually through the process of building up the muscles around joints so you can progress pain free. The program is easy to do, requires no special equipment, and not having to go out to a gym is a real time-saver. Thank you, WeShape, for your thoughtful and easily-accessible program!

Every day, depending on how you feel there is a group of movements and stretching that’s made specifically for you on that particular day. Also, every week they have live zoom calls where you can discuss problems that you’re having with one of the WeShape coaches or with a licensed physical therapist.

Very nice, user friendly platform. Offers flexibility to scale up or scale down if a certain movement is it challenging enough or too hard. For people over 50, this is a solid platform and easy to use. Go at your own pace but try and do something every day!

They are the best; honest, dedicated, professional, and caring.

Their communication is top notch and they’re passionate about helping people feel/move better.
