We're delighted to hear that the ScriptSave WellRx program is working for you, Richard - and thanks for taking the time to leave a review for others who might still be a little skeptical about our free savings card. Regarding price differences like the one you highlighted, it's likely that there was a slight difference in the details of the drug that was being priced on our website, relative to the drug that was dispensed per the prescription. For example, it might have been that the strength of the medication that you price-checked on our site was not identical to the strength on the prescription. Or, if it was a generic medication, it's very possible that there are more than one manufacturer making their own version of that drug ... and that your pharmacy didn't have the absolute cheapest manufacturer's version in stock. When that happens, it's often possible to ask the pharmacy to make a special order of the specific version of the generic. Needless to say, of course, this takes time and means a delay in starting the prescribed course, as well as another trip back to the pharmacy. The link below might be helpful in terms of making sure the same price discrepancies don't occur again. We hope to be able to earn your 5-star review of the free ScriptSave WellRx program at some time in the future. http://news.wellrx.com/2017/09/15/prescription-price-matters/
