They advertise a price online, but at the pharmacy they said nope
Went to walmart where the app says my prescription would be $9.00. Walmart would not honor the price. Called customer service and was told that there was nothing that can be done bc walmart makes up their prices. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Thanks for finding the ScriptSave WellRx program, Melinda - we're glad you were able to try our free savings card, but sorry to hear it didn't work out for you this time. It's important to be aware of just how volatile prescription prices can be. In fact, because they change so frequently, we have a team of folks dedicated to updating the pricing info that gets displayed on our website on a daily basis. The other thing that's critical to be conscious of is that the ScriptSave WellRx website defaults to show the most commonly prescribed dosage, quantity and form of each medication...so it's important to adjust the filters in the price-check tool in order for us to accurately quote a rate. We do our best to set the right expectations, but please keep in mind that we neither manufacture the drugs nor do we sell them. Rather, we simply provide free tools to try any help people save. Therefore, at the end of the day, if a pharmacy switches their pricing at the moment of the transaction, there's nothing we can do. We know it's frustrating for the patient when that happens, but it's equally as frustrating for us - we hate letting people down, and don't enjoy ever seeing 1-star ratings. You're definitely most welcome to keep an eye on our website/app ahead of you next refill and there's no harm (and no cost) to try again in the future. If we're able to help out next time around, we hope you'll reconsider the 1-star review. In the meantime, the link that follows might be helpful... http://news.wellrx.com/2017/09/15/prescription-price-matters/
