We used a mediocre answering service for far too long. Seeing how Well Received handles calls I only wish we would have made the change sooner. They spent plenty of time with us to understand how we prefer calls answered. The transition was easy, and Hassan was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns.

Excellent company... all English Speakers... if you have a receptionist to answer the phones fire her and let her get another job doing something else... Well Received is awesome... they not only answer your phones but they can book an appointment for you thru their other company.. set more appointment... highly recommended... love these guys...
