Dharanidharan has been incredibly helpful. What I like most is the clear communication. The persistent follow-up, and the ability to quickly execute on tasks. I highly recommend this service!

Natasha the client account manager, was super helpful, explaining and walking me through the process and features of the software. I have nothing but good experience with the software and intuitive navigation.

This is a bit different because in the end I went in another direction, but I would like to point out that even though things didn't work out the customer service these folks give you goes above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely give these guys six stars if I could and definitely would consider their service if the need should arise once more.

Well received has been a great service that helped my practice thrive. Their agents are amazing and just today Joash Marcus helped me above and beyond and resolved an issue with ease and kindness. I want to give special kuddos to this specific agent in this review and I hope Well received is aware that he is super knowledgeable.

Hima went above and beyond. I called in the evening wanting to make major changes to my setup and she walked me through the long process with true commitment to getting me exactly what I needed right there and then.

As a small business owner, I became frustrated by missed calls, missed appointments, and unhappy clients. I tried regular answering services but they were limited in functionality & expensive. Then I found WellReceived! From the informative calls with Hassan & Tiff, to the demonstration highlighting WellReceived's amazing array of features, I knew this service was what I've been needing in my business. The teamwork & client focus was clear. I'm in!!!
