I’m glad I came across WellReceived on my search! I was looking for help with answering calls and scheduling into my own scheduling system. I know not all companies do that. Calls are also taken on the weekends too which is really important for me. 24/7 is great and gives me peace of mind. The team was able to work with my specific needs and gave helpful suggestions with set up. They are also able to adapt with my own changes.
