As a solitary practitioner, having WellReceived handle message taking and appointments while I'm seeing patients has been invaluable. Just them acting as a filter between me and uninvited solicitations and spam phone calls has freed up so much of my time. On days that I'm not that busy and I duck out early, its reassuring to know that my patients are still being attended to and I can get their message as easily from the beach as I can from the office.
