Advertise next day delivery, been waiting 2 days, now they have changed delivery until tomorrow. Just normal house plants. No one picks up the customer service number and they do not reply to WhatsApp

Fake website with fake ratings and reviews. Stay away… they’ll happily take your money and then ghost you . They delivered items completely different to the picture, and the plants died after one week. They said they’ll refund/replace items… but never did.

I placed the order and they disappeared. Replied only when I started threatening them I'll inform the police and Customer Rights but still, just told me they'd deliver X day, no delivery, then again they'll deliver another day, no delivery. Stay away from them!

Utter disappointment. Received plants in broken pots , dry and burnt leaves…. And no customer service … they hyst dumped the pots at my door in the heat without even informing ! An expensive buy all wasted. Woudl never recommend to buy from them !

Absolutely horrible experience! Takes your money and ghosts you. I have now waited over 2 weeks for my plants (just normal indoor plants) and delivery has yet to be made. Upon follow up with the company I’ve received several “tomorrow” promises. Now they’re ghosting me. Have reported the matter.

I have been a regular customer of Well Potted Plants, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Recently, I ordered 10 bamboo plants, and 6 of them arrived damaged, without proper roots and with missing leaves. For the price paid, I expected healthy, good-quality plants and proper delivery. Unfortunately, the condition of most of the plants was unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed, especially as a regular customer. I cannot recommend Well Potted Plants based on this experience. I hope they take customer satisfaction and product quality more seriously.

Avoid this company. They have taken my money, and delivered the wrong plant. Despite multiple promises to rectify they have now gone silent. I have reported them to government trading standards.

Scammers! I have the same story of other people in the reviews, received the wrong order, very late delivery, and the plants were almost dead. Tried to report the company in Consumer rights but the couldn’t get the company’s legal name.
