Well potted plants was supposed to have next day delivery. I had to chase them for three days to deliver my plants. On top of that, even though I mentioned 4 times that I did not order any pebbles, they delivered pebbles instead of the ordered and paid for bag of soil. They don't reply to WhatsApp messages and don't answer the phone. This is an unreliable company, please do not trust them with your money.

I have given this company multiple times to fix the issues they caused. Zero accountability so I will now warn everybody else. Ordered an olive tree about a year ago was advised by delivery to water once /twice a week and it would be fine in direct sun ( I had also explained this would be its position when I was inquiring). Rewind on a month it died and shall we just say crispy. Zero accountability for wrong instructions. I then purchased a bougainvillea picture showed full colour and in good health what I received was barely any colour and poor health. Once purchased they will actively ignore you. My advice is don’t

before ordering the plants, they had confirmed the size(height) of the plants. when delivered the size was much smaller in following up the responses were not coming. when the response came, they said it was what i had ordered send them the confirmation of the size they had send before i had placed the order. no reply received as yet THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO BUY

If there is a zero star. I would like to use it for this review. Horrible customer service. I have made an order of 2K, and until today 11 days the order have not been delivered. Who ever is in charge of Customer service, has -3 skills in communicating. When you call they will not respond to the call. When you text on whatsapp they will get back to you with one word after few days. Now, am chasing them for cancellation and refund, and will spread awareness to those who care to buy plants not to come closer to these scammers.

The pants delivered as ordered, however I paid additional for plates which are not necessary and No one informed me anbout and I didn’t receive them. Customer service is very bad , they don’t answer to calls and very slow responding to your messages or ignoring them. Avoid the company !

Scammers, sent bug infested plant and then don't pick up phone or answer messages

SCAM! Do not buy from these. We ordered a 2ft tree, they sent a 3ft one. Never ever sent the exchange like they said they would. Ignore all whatsapp messages and never read them and respond. Had to get my husband to contact them and they replied to him straight away then started ignoring him. They miss sold the tree giving wrong and vague care instructions. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. We have been advised by DED to report them to the police as it’s classed as cyber crime - everyone needs to do the same thing. Il be doing it.
