I ordered areca plant online they delivered it dead and dirty and in a very bad condition.. I called them they dont asnwer calls, i texted them on whatsapp and i asked for refund or replacement tney said they will replace it that was 2 days ago and till now no replacement sent nor anyone answer my calls Very bad costumer service

Scammers , never buy from them , plants are dead and no customer service , they disappear once they take money

I placed an order online, payment didn't go through, I emailed them, they sent me a link and I paid online. The following day, someone contacted me on WhatsApp before 9 am to ask for the location and cash payment, I sent a the location although I have already provided the full address when I placed the order, and a screenshot of the email that confirms the payment was received. All good. A couple of hours later, a new number contacts me asking for location and cash payment!! Why? I spoke the the first person, she/he confirmed that this is the driver, I asked them to share with him the details I have already shared with them this morning and to leave the plant at my doorstep because I am at work and can't answer the phone. At 6pm, a third person reached out on whatsapp asking for location and cash payment! I wanted to scream! This is so bad! Speak to each other, why do you think it is OK to bother the customer more than once? First and last time buying anything from this place. I still haven't received the plant and reading reviews from other people here the quality is not guaranteed. I already regret the purchase.

Horrible quality and service ! First delivery came without informing me at 10:30 PM and they left the plants outside in a random place in the heat because I didn’t reply because we were asleep !! Then one of the plants turned out to be infested and completely dried out in a couple of weeks ! Never again

Worst delivery of the plant Plant quality is poor the pot is also broken while contacting back and giving feedback no one cared.. not recommended at all

Delivery came whole day late, and when it finally arrived the drivers decided to not leave the plants and drive off.
