THE ORDER 10876 BOUGHT THROUGH TABBY WAS NOT DELIVERED ORDER DATE 21ST JUNE WE INFORMED TABBY AND THIS SHOP TOLD THEM IT WAS DELIVERED

Scam scam scam! Do not trust them. I paid, they promised next day delivery. They messaged me all the way up until the time they were due to arrive then stopped replying, didn’t answer or cancelled calls. Haven’t received any plants.

I recently ordered plants from this company and had a terrible experience. The delivery was significantly delayed, and there is no proper customer service—only a WhatsApp number that no one responds to. When the plants finally arrived, they were left in front of my door without any notification, and one of them was dead bad condition plants I tried reaching out for a replacement or to file a complaint, but no one responded. This company is a complete scam. I do not recommend ordering from them at all.

Reading other reviews and now their behaviour seems consistent. Did the same to me. Delivered without knocking. When I sent the photo of the half dead plant. I got one liner response saying will advise the farm. Since then, no response to email, whatsapp or calls. Don't waste time or money with these guys.

WRONG ORDER NEVER REPLACED my initial order was late and I was trying to reach them and they ignored my messages. Then they replied and said it’s gonna be tomorrow and it was not tomorrow. It was again late. Finally when I received it they just left it front of the door, but the plant was not the one I ordered. It was a different plant unknown to me and I was afraid to put it in my home because I have a baby and pets. Then I tried to reach them but they were ignoring me. I tried to get in touch with Wellpottedplants for 15 days. I’m calling every single day and they’re ignoring me. I paid for the plant and now I have this another tree out of my house that I’m scared to put inside because I don’t know what it is , I am terribly disappointed!! I feel that I’ve been robbed. And the plant I got looks so poor! I wouldn’t suggest to anyone to order from them. They are scammers.

They are seemed not really legal Please do not buy from this online shopZ They dont have customer sevice.
