Very bad service Not like real Disappointed

I have ordered a plant that was described 160-180cm and the plant came with a height of 120cm. Pretty small from what we are expecting. I reached out to them and told them the situation and was eager to atleast get a replacement of a taller indoor plant. The person I was talking to in their whatsapp was very rude and telling me to bring the plant back to their farm as they do not offer pick up of returned items. In the first place they described their item incorrectly which is FRAUD. Have anyone reported this ti consumer rights? If yes please let me know as I also want to register a complaint. This is kot right.

Worst experience ever! I bought indoor plants from them, which were supposed to be delivered same day, and instead they arrived after 5 days of waiting with SICK PLANTS FULL OF FUNGUS!!! Instead of apologizing, they sent me rude and offensive messages and refused to event come back and help me move the plants outside, because I am allergic to fungus, and the plants are full of it! Worst service ever, rude and disrespectful, selling indoor plants while keeping them outdoors with tons of pests! Stay away, or your will waste your money, nerves and health with it!

If this platform has a minus options, I works give it to these clowns. Worst company I worked with, most unprofessional and unethical people. Stay away from them, especially their customer service which is absent 1/ didn’t respect the delivery date, time scheduled 2/ lied at every single touchpoint 3/ wrong other delivered 4/plant was dead 3 days after, and they blamed me because THEIR staff changed the lot. 5/ never answered WhatsApp or phone calls after Simply stay away and pay 100AED more if you want professional dealing and good product and customer service

They are a scam. Received the wrong pot and all scratched up. Asked the delivery person to return it. He left it in my garage and ran off. Horrible service and you will not get an answer and never expect a refund. SCAM

I am very frustrated with your services, I placed the order on 24 Sept. They were delivered to an incorrect address on 30 sept. And since then I have been chasing the customer care (Cathie) and the driver who misplaced the delivery to get it corrected or initiate a refund with no resolution and only malign me followup again and again.
