They advertised a 3m Traveller Palm for sale. The Palm delivered is just over 1m. They took payment for 5 large pots, and delivered 4 medium pots and one very small one. On contact, they denied sending the wrong items, and when presented with the evidence have ignored all contact by phone, whatsapp and email. The issue could have been easily resolved by sending the correct items, but they have chosen to ignore it instead. 2,500 aed of goods not delivered.
