I had a subscription with this company. I received an email stating my next shipment would be coming soon. In just over an hour after receiving the email, I went into my membership and cancelled it. This was on Oct 1st. On Oct 16th, I received another email stating that my order was shipped. The next day, I emailed them stating I had cancelled my subscription and why did they send it anyway? On Monday, Oct 19 they replied, “Your subscription renewal processed on 10/1 at 9:00am EST, you then logged into your customer portal on 10/1 at 10:18am EST and canceled your subscription. Per our terms, which you can view HERE, subscriptions must be canceled prior to renewal.”
What’s the point in notifying your subscribers that a shipment will be sent two weeks prior to sending it if there’s nothing you can do about it. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. Buyer beware!!!!

I placed an order with warrior wellness originally on 5/14/26. I then e-mailed support to pause my subscription (website did not allow me to do this online) so I can have time to try to product and see if I'd like to order again. A rep e-mailed me back saying it was paused and then I checked my account and line and it was indeed paused. So them I'm charged again 6/14/26. I e-mail back the same representative and I ask to cancel this order and refund my card. Of course rep gives me excuses and reasons why this happened but refuses to refund. No solution or accountability offered, After wasting my time going back and fourth I ask for a manger to respond. 3 days go by and order still wasn't cancelled when it could have been and still no response from a manager. This company is a scam just like all the previous reviews state on the BBB and they will forcefully take your money.

Peace for a Grieving H.
Scam company made my one time purchase a subscription can't cancel
Update: Never did ship the product as well, which was the premise of not cancelling as they said it shipped.
Bought this product at a one-time half price special to try.
Never did try it with all the ingredients listed with warnings.
Then I get a 2nd bottle at FULL PRICE purchased email. There is no phone number to speak to these fools. I messaged on Facebook and was told they would get back to me. They did not, it was social media sending rules of cancellation. I took it to my bank. FULL OUT SCAM!
Response from Wellness WarriorMay 21, 2026
We take accusations like “scam” seriously, and we want to correct several inaccuracies in this review.
First, the discounted offer you purchased was part of a subscription promotion, which is clearly disclosed at checkout prior to purchase. Customers are informed that future shipments will continue at the standard rate unless the subscription is canceled beforehand. There is nothing deceptive or hidden about that process.
Second, claiming you “never tried the product” while also calling it a “FULL OUT SCAM” is misleading. If you chose not to use the product, that is your decision, but it does not make the company fraudulent, and the ingredients in Warrior Water are amazing.
Third, we do provide customer support through multiple channels, including email and social media. While response times can vary depending on volume, saying we “did not get back” to you after you were sent cancellation instructions is not an accurate representation of the interaction.
Finally, taking the matter directly to your bank instead of allowing the support process to conclude does not justify labeling a legitimate business as a scam. We have served hundreds of thousands of customers and stand behind both our products and our policies.
We encourage customers to fully review subscription terms, ingredient labels, and guarantees before purchasing, just as they would with any wellness product.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A BETTER…
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A BETTER COMPANY. Submitting this review here in case they won’t allow the one I left on their website. Took this for SIX months and honestly did NOT notice any difference. You might as well buy a real cellular detox supplement (like MSM), and a real parasite cleanse kit. Also, if you are considering buying it, a fair WARNING that this is a company that DOES NOT HAVE ANY RETURNS OR REFUND POLICY. Their policy states “All sales are final, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for the safety of our warriors”. Really, for an American company? You cannot return even unopened and sealed products? Ridiculous. And customer service will slap this to your face when you ask them for help. This is the only modern day company that I have heard to have this ridiculous policy with this kind of product line. Seriously just find a better product and a company with a better policy.
UPDATE:
1. OBVIOUSLY as you stated, this is MY experience and MY review, therefore it is valid no matter how much you defend your product. Your product might have worked for some but there are also reviews (not just mine) that said it did not work for them. Do you think this is my first time buying a detox? Definitely not. I have tried different kinds and believe me, some of them are also GENTLE detox like how you claim your product is, but some of them I could definitely tell that it is working in just 2 days. Your product? Nope. None one noticeable difference. And you say it is not a quick fix? Is six months a quick timeframe for you?? That’s more than long enough for someone to fairly say if a product does or doesn’t work.
2. Nobody said your policy is hidden BUT I have put it in my review to HIGHLIGHT it due to the plain fact that some people might have missed it before regrettably buying your product or putting in a subscription. And I know for sure that it has happened before since some reviews here mentioned that as well. If a subscription renews before they could pause/skip/cancel, they could not even return those products after delivery. At the end of the day, any company that has a NO RETURN NO REFUND POLICY is not a customer friendly company, and as consumer, why would I invest my money on them further when are there a lot of better companies that offer this?
3. Your customer service is very very poor, just like what others have said here too, period . And I have said this based on experience of dealing with customer services of other companies. You do not have the desire to help out customers or even to keep them it seemed like. You do not have a return or refund policy, and yet when a customer reached out for help about a subscription that has just renewed an hour ago, you absolutely will not help them and so they will be stuck with a product that they do not even want or need, because they are not even allowed to return it. Without exaggeration, lot of companies would really go beyond and help out their customers “as a courtesy” or as a consideration for once. This company DOES NOT have that capacity. And again as a consumer, why would I keep patronizing your product for this reason alone? Maybe if your product is really great, sure. But it is not.
Bottom line is still the same: this company is not customer friendly and the product is not even worth it.
UPDATE based on your 2nd reply:
1. One individual experience? There are several reviews even on your own website saying that they did not notice any difference. And why are you challenging the fact that I stated that it did not work for me? It is A FACT, that’s my experience. As I mentioned above, your product might have worked for some but not for me, and this is not an isolated experience. Obviously I’m not the only one saying this, just visit the reviews on your own website. Are you disregarding them as well?
2. CORRECTION: 90 day money back guarantee is NOT THE SAME as having return or refund policy. Any sane person knows the difference between the two. What if after 90 days customers received a new order and they want to return it? Do they have the option to? NONE. So I am not contradicting what I said and you are the one who is INCORRECT as 90day money back guarantee and return or refund policy are not the same. As what you stated on your email to me, and on your policy “All sales are final, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for the safety of our warriors.” I am simply stating them. So at this point, I’m not even sure what are you arguing about?
This is my review based on my experience so stop accusing it as misrepresentation. This is what I HAVE EXPERIENCED. You can defend your company all you want but I don’t have to waste my time replying.
After all, your overall rating of 3.5 or 3.6 here in Trustpilot (couldn’t even reach 4 stars) SPEAKS FOR ITSELF about how your company and your product have served your customers.

We take feedback seriously, but we also want to address a few points clearly and directly.
First, our products are not positioned as quick fixes, and results can vary significantly depending on the individual, their consistency, how clean they live during the detox, and their overall lifestyle. While we respect your experience, many of our customers report noticeable benefits over time when the protocol is followed as intended.
Second, our policy is not hidden or misleading. It is clearly stated prior to purchase, and customers agree to it at checkout. The reason behind our no-return policy is tied to product integrity and safety standards—not convenience. We do not have a policy to resell returned ingestible products, which is a standard upheld by many companies in this category, even if policies differ in how they handle refunds.
As for customer support, our team is trained to uphold company policy while still treating every customer with respect. If your experience felt otherwise, that’s something we will review internally—but enforcing a clearly stated policy is not the same as dismissing a customer.
We stand behind both our products and our policies. They are in place deliberately, not arbitrarily.

UPDATE RESPONSE BASED ON YOUR EDIT: First, your experience is yours—that’s not being disputed. What is being challenged is the conclusion you’re presenting as fact. Saying the product “does not work” is not supported by the data we have across our customer base. We’ve sold over 120,000 bottles of Warrior Water, and the overwhelming majority of feedback is positive, with customers reporting noticeable improvements when the protocol is followed correctly. One individual outcome—positive or negative—does not override that body of evidence.
Second, your statement about our policy is incorrect. We do offer a money-back guarantee on Warrior Water, which is publicly stated here: https://wellnesswarriorvitamins.com/pages/warrior-water-guarantee
This directly contradicts your claim that customers have “no option.” We stand behind the product, and we’ve made that clear.
Third, regarding subscriptions, customers are given full control to manage, pause, or cancel at any time prior to renewal. Once an order has been processed, it enters fulfillment immediately. This is standard across e-commerce. While some companies may choose to make exceptions, it does not make others “anti-customer” for operating within clearly stated terms that customers agree to at checkout.
Finally, the claim that our team “does not have the desire to help” is a broad generalization that doesn’t reflect how our support team operates daily with thousands of customers. Enforcing policies that are clearly communicated is not a lack of care—it’s consistency.
We stand behind our product, our results, and our policies. Your experience may not have matched expectations, but misrepresenting the company and presenting opinion as fact does not make it accurate.
UPDATED REPLY FROM YOUR 3RD REPLY:
We have a community of over 400,000 warriors, with well over 120,000 bottles sold, and fewer than a handful of negative reviews in comparison—less than 15 that echo your sentiment. That’s not us dismissing feedback; that’s simply putting it in proper context.
On the policy point, you’re drawing a distinction without a meaningful difference in this context. A 90-day money-back guarantee is a refund mechanism.
As for ratings, platforms like Trustpilot often skew toward dissatisfied customers, which is widely understood across industries. It’s not an accurate reflection of a customer base of this size, nor of the results the vast majority of our customers experience.

Subscription? What subscription? The one I keep getting billed for
I received an email stating my order was confirmed. I looked and found I was getting another order from them. I had tried to cancel my subscription but the subscription page said they had changed websites and could not find my subscription. I emailed the company.
While waiting for a response I decided to dig for the "old website" after 30 minutes I finally found it and was finally able to cancel.
Then a day later, I finally receive an email stating they see my subscription in canceled and per their terms I cannot cancel this order or get a refund.
I have not seen any difference and was very disappointed by the product. Then the poor customer service and the amount of time it took to sort out my account was ridiculous.

YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PUT ON A…
YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PUT ON A SUBSCRIPTION. THAT THEY MAKE IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. THEYLL DELETE ANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS. DO NOT PURCHASE. This is a scam!!!!
Response from Wellness WarriorMar 10, 2026
Thank you so much for reaching out. Our company is definitely not a scam. You purchased from us on March 9, 2026, as a subscription, NOT as a one-time option (both are presented to customers as choices). You chose the subscription option to get a discount. You then immediately emailed in to cancel your subscription, and customer service canceled your subscription. All in the same day. That's actually above and beyond service from our company. You are very welcome for that. Have a super blessed day!

THIS PRODUCT IS A SCAM
THIS PRODUCT IS A SCAM! I had a terrible reaction and they could care less! All sales are final so no refund. Their response is 'see your doctor'. Really? If the product had been tested, they should he very concerned with my side effects. Why would I almost faint and my normal blood pressure skyrocket? Don't buy this product
Response from Wellness WarriorJan 8, 2026
The customer logged into their customer portal after their subscription had already renewed and canceled their subscription. Per our terms, subscriptions must be canceled prior to renewal. We allow customers easy 24/7 access to their portals to make adjustments or cancel. Since the customer did not cancel prior to renewal, their final shipment was sent out. Our terms state that all sales are final. I have attached our subscription terms as well as provided a link below. We make these terms accessible on our website for anyone to review prior to purchase. https://wellnesswarriorvitamins.com/policies/subscription-policy
This was the customer's 4th shipment, as the customer had been on a Warrior Water subscription for 3 months prior and had never reported any adverse side effects. Since she had already received 3 months of shipments, we directed her to consult her physician, as those are highly unusual health complaints and after that period of time, seemingly unrelated.

I ordered product from them
I ordered product from them. I did not want the subscription. They automatically set me up for it when I didn’t want it. I canceled after the next order came in. When it would be time for the next month, my subscription started again after I had cancelled! It took me getting rid of my credit card to make the charges stop. I don’t recommend them at all. Cancelled the subscription multiple times. I’m not incompetent when it comes to canceling my order. I even emailed them when I would see a new order go through.
Response from Wellness WarriorJan 8, 2026
We have no ability to select whether someone gets or doesn't get a subscription. This customer clearly selected the subscription option at checkout. The subscription never "restarted"; the customer just didn't cancel in time through their customer portal. The customer logged in and cancelled their subscription on 2025-12-06 21:20. The customer was never charged again.
