Prompt delivery kindly, courteous staff.
I am always pleased with the prompt service and quick delivery of masks I order from Well Before. This time I had made a mistake and ordered masks too small. I contacted them a few minutes after the masks were delivered and I realized my mistake. They were really on the job: new masks were on the way to me the next day. No reprimands for my sloppy ordering, instead, kindly replies and understanding. The new masks were here in days!
