I ordered some n95 masks. When I received them I opened one and tried it on. It was very uncomfortable, felt scratchy on my face. I contacted the company just to let them know I was disappointed, not expecting anything from them. The customer service was amazing. They offered several options including free return and my money refunded. Truly one of the best experiences I've ever had with a company. I would recommend them.

These are high quality masks. I especially appreciate the adjustable ear loops. They are individually wrapped making transport and sharing easy!
