The service was great. From ordering to wearing. I got the n95 and n99. They both are very comfortable and breathable and that's with asthma.. I like the n99 bc it has a seal on the inside for extra protection.

Despite following all of your available age, weight, and measurement guidelines, one size of masks I got is too small for my daughter to wear. The size for my older daughter fits her, but I wish it had head loops and a tighter seal. Ear loops are uncomfortable and cannot hold a mask on tightly enough to create a good seal. Disappointed.

We always try to refer to our customers the best guidance through the products' pictures, guidelines, measurements and suggestions to find a good fitting because we understand not all children will fit in the same suggested age range. I wanted more protection then the masks I usually wear while I was flying and don't like the N95 masks that go over the entire head. This mask was a perfect compromise, more protection and comfortable fit behind the ears.
