Personally, I purchase my masks from WellBefore because I’ve read the lab reports that they provide and can see that they are highly effective, well made, and, to their credit, reasonably price. However, I am most thankful to WellBefore for their donation of masks and face shields to the non-profit for which I volunteer that provides meals and medical care to people who are homeless. Because our clinic volunteers work closely with our guests, when the Delta variation of Covid spread through the community, we needed a higher level of protection. WellBefore donated 200 N95 masks! They are adjustable and so have been able to fit a wide variation in face sizes among our volunteers. Further, they are comfortable and easy to breathe through. The volunteers wear them for four hours at a stretch with no difficulty. WellBefore has been generous to our organization previously as well and, as the organization has never accepted monetary donations, we depend on donations of food, medical products, and PPE. WellBefore’s contributions to keeping our volunteers safe allow us to continue to provide care for those who need it most. Further, in all of my contacts with WellBefore, they have been prompt and courteous in addressing any questions I’ve had and always follow up to make sure all has gone well. I’m grateful to this company for their safe products, generosity, and transparency.

Good company, good products and very timely delivery.

I received my mask in a timely fashion. It was well made and of good quality. I order the mask with hot and cold packs. All in all this is a quality product. I would highly suggest this to anyone who needs a quality sleep mask.

I was happy with the masks I received. They were packaged very well and seem high quality. I had also ordered something that was out of stock. They contacted me and suggested a replacement item and a refund for the difference in price. Great customer service.

I placed an order in November 2021 which several days later I received an email the order was on the way by UPS. In January 2022 I have not received my order and had to request a refund. I did not receive any communication from the company informing of any delays regarding the products that were ordered.

Good quality! EASILY rewearable a few times with gentle handwashing with antibacterial soap. Air dry. Also on the CDC list of non- counterfeit KN95 masks!

Great site, no charging for items and not sending them for 2 months like other sites I’ve tried.

I have received several orders from WellBefore as well as 2 sent to family members. The order is always sent and received quickly. I like all the masks I've received though my personal preference is for the KN95 mask with adjustable ear loops. The KN95 with nonadjustable ear loops work fine, the adjustable just let me get a slightly better fit. I also tried the KN95 3D mask but find it's not as comfortable for me in the chin area, probably a personal fit problem though I'll use them. All seem to be of excellent quality and the definitely the best I've found.
