I have been using WellBefore for months…
I have been using WellBefore for months for kn95 and k95 masks and recently ordered at home test kits. I have been very pleased with the response and recommended this company to a friend.

Had been very satisfied until I reactivated a subscription and started a new one and my order was cancelled even after I had received confirmation that the order went through and to expect delivery. Had I known, I could have placed a different order else where to arrive on time for when I needed them to protect my family. Now, I am without the necessary number to keep my family protected during this current Covid wave. A "sorry we oversold email" just doesn't cut it.

Dear Dannie, thank you for your honest comments regarding our products and services. I'm sorry to hear you had these issues with our process... The honest truth is that we are managing an extreme high volume of orders that increased overnight. We weren’t fully prepared for it and some orders weren’t managed with the highest level of quality that we are always pushing for. Unfortunately there isn’t much I can do on that order other than to promise you it will not happen again. We are taking extreme measures now to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I just received my second order from wellbefore and i got the same good quality masks and the shipping was only 6 days. I am pleased with the shipping and quality of the product.

Ordered KN95 masks
Ordered KN95 masks, my second time ordering from this company. I’m happy with the quality, mask fit and fast shipping. My partner and I are required to work outside of our homes & in crowded workplaces throughout the pandemic, so for us having protective masks is a priority & necessity.
