I just got my second order and these are great masks. I ordered the regular size the first time and they were fine, but a bit big for my small feminine face. So, I ordered the small size this time and they are perfect!! Very well made, comfortable and all individually packaged. I am about to order more because I placed a small order to make sure they fit before buying too many. They do leave a bit of a line on your face when you first take them off, but that means the seal is good and they are doing the job that they are intended to do. Great product.

Ordered on the 12th. Paid for expedited delivery. As of the 18th tracking shows all they have done is print the label. Hardly what I would call expedited delivery.

Dear Steve, thank you for your honest comments about your order. We are sorry to know you felt this way. Due to the current COVID situation, logistics have been affected and the volume of packages is in constant increase, some shipments could present delays thereof. The Pre-shipment status means we have fulfilled your order, put the label on it, and now it is in the hands of the carrier waiting to be scanned. This happens because carriers scan entire trucks or trailers instead of every single package so even though it may say Acceptance Pending, it could be on its way to be delivered, and from our side, we packed it and processed in the 48 hours after the order was received. This can be a bit confusing, we totally understand, and we hope this had not affected your experience with our products at least. If you have more questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us.
