This my favorite mask I have purchased thus far. Secure fit with adjustable straps and good multiple layers. I feel as protected as possible. I have already purchased a second time.

Straps are easily broken when adjusting. I had to carry spares just in case. I wrote the company and was told there's nothing wrong with the straps. Maybe the owners should write the reviews if they want to tell me I'm wrong! I gave away most of these masks and bought better ones elsewhere. I wasn't going to review them at all, but they keep sending me emails asking for reviews. So I'll just say be careful what you wish for....

Hi Brett, we are sorry to know you had this issue with the N95 masks. Just to help by clarifying, and according to the information we've seen on your email: he straps are not attached to the masks, but hooked to the adjusters. This way, the wearer can open the adjuster and move each tip of the strap so it can be adjusted at will and closed again. Just to be sure, we explain how to adjust the straps in the product package as well. We hope this information had helped, as it was a very similar response, with pictures, the one we send on email.
