I use to love ordering KN95 3D masks…
I use to love ordering KN95 3D masks with adjustable straps. This last batch of masks I got was noticeably different. They felt thinner, smelled like chemicals and had a well before logo on it. They feel cheaply made. Not the nice quality I use to get. Please bring back the the better quality masks!

Hi Misty, we are sorry to know you felt this way with our masks. If you allow us to clarify, sometimes thicker may seem better, but that is not necessarily the case with masks. Our masks can achieve high levels of filtration (above 95% according to lab results) with less thickness, helping with both comfort and breathability. You can rest assured the masks will keep their filtration efficiency. Also, in cases where you detect any potential defective on masks, like the smell you've mentioned, please note our masks are packaged instantly as they are made in the individual plastic packaging. If some masks have what we call the “new mask scent,” we advise letting the mask air out for 5-10 minutes and then trying it back on again to see if that new mask scent has faded away. Finally, please do not forget you have our communication channels to help out with any issues you may have with your future orders. We hope this had clarified your concerns and gave you some tips. The masks arrived as expected
The masks arrived as expected. The KN95 masks fit tight and seem to give good protection. I would purchase masks again from WellBefore.

After learning from the CDC that cloth…
After learning from the CDC that cloth masks were insuficient in protecting against the Covid-19 virus, I decided in order to better protect my family we needed better face masks. I ordered the KN95 masks and they were exactly as described on their website. My order waa promptly filled and shipped. When I received my order, they were exactly as advertised. Each mask was individually wrapped with detailed instructions on the packaging. Will purchase again when we run out.

Great masks
The masks I ordered can be easily adjusted to form a good seal while still being comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Highly recommend.
